Survivors and the Race
When is a person considered a "survivor?" This is a very common question. A
person is considered a survivor from the moment of diagnosis.
Race Information
This is a very special day for breast cancer survivors. Those who wish to be honored and recognized, as a survivor, should indicate so on their entry form. Survivors will receive a special goodie bag complete with a
special survivor T-shirt, survivor cap and a survivor race/bib number.
Survivors will march in the Pink Parade. More than 300 survivors participated in the 2003 Race.
"In Celebration Of" & "In Memory Of"
We would like to invite participants to recognize those special people who
have been touched by breast cancer. "In Celebration Of" and "In Memory Of" signs
are available at registration sites and at the registration area on Race Day.
